• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• No fees are charged for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3wbm reserves the right to decline any deposit that appears suspicious or irregular. In such cases, 3wbm also reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

The following conditions must be met in order to withdraw winnings from 3wbm:

• The account must have completed full KYC verification.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Each withdrawal request will begin processing within 24 hours.

If 3wbm suspects fraud or bonus abuse, it may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Should the investigation confirm misuse, the withdrawal may be cancelled and the account permanently closed.

3wbm offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds become withdrawable only after being wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x).
• Time Limit: Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. The bonus contribution rate may vary for each game.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit per round applies while using a bonus.
• Bonus Forfeiture: Any breach of terms will result in the cancellation of bonuses and any associated winnings.

3wbm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. A player may not use multiple bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 3wbm reserves the right to void any bets accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• Bets may be voided in cases involving abnormal or inconsistent odds settings.
• Any bet suspected of match fixing or irregularity will be suspended.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the outcome of that bet will be determined based on the actual result of the event.

Betting odds on 3wbm may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3wbm and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or circumventing bonus terms and conditions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game or betting system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other players or 3wbm staff.
• Collusion or playing in a fraudulent manner in coordination with other players.

If any of the above activities are detected, 3wbm may immediately close the account in question, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where necessary.

3wbm reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Players may close their account at any time. Before closure, verified balances will be available for withdrawal; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.

3wbm shall not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet or termination of a game session due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by third-party software or hardware failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
• Personal financial losses resulting from gaming or betting.

3wbm's total liability shall not exceed the amount held in the relevant player's account under any circumstances. 3wbm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

3wbm believes gaming should be for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to supporting the mental and financial well-being of all our players.

• Deposit Limit: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: You can set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: A facility for taking a long-term or permanent break from gaming.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders about gaming time and spending at set intervals.
